We would like to inform you that “02” July 2018 at 19:00 at the address: Dnipro, st. Troitska 21g, room 305 (Parle conference hall) will be a general meeting of the association of co-owners of an apartment building, located at: Dnipro, st. Svetlova, house 42A.
The meeting is held on the initiative of the board of condominiums "PALERMO", namely: Molchanova MS (apt. 99), Ishchenko VA (apt. 69), Tereshkevich SD (apt. 6), Garmash MG (apt. 137), Nekhamkina MR (apt. 106), Krutko DO (n / p 21,22,40), Sonina MI (apt. 53).
Draft agenda of the constituent assembly:
1. Discussion of possible (provided by law) forms of building management (management of condominiums independently, management of the building by a special organization or a private "management") and determination of the form of management of an apartment building at Dnipro Svetlova 42A.
2. On concluding a contract for the supply of electricity and granting powers to the Chairman of the Board to sign this contract.
3. On concluding an agreement on the provision of services for centralized cold water supply and sewerage (using indoor systems) and granting authority to the Chairman of the Board to sign this agreement. Discussion of the issue of concluding one contract for water supply with condominiums without drawing up individual personal accounts with each co-owner.
4. On concluding a contract for maintenance of indoor gas supply systems and CGDP. On concluding an agreement on the distribution of natural gas and granting powers to the Chairman of the Board to sign these agreements.
5. On election of the commission and granting of powers of the commission for drawing up and signing of the act of acceptance-transfer of the house in management and the corresponding documentation from the developer.
6. On approval of the estimate for 2018 and the amount of contributions for the maintenance of the house.
