Location of the land plots: Dnipro, Kyiv.

The package of documents required for consideration:

• A copy of the title documents for the land plot.
• Cadastral plan.
• Extract from the state land cadaster about a land plot.
• Location of the land plot on the map of Kyiv. Map or scheme of the land plot`s location with adjacent streets (on a large scale).
• An indication of the presence/absence of utilities on the land plot on a map/diagram of utilities. The scale is 1: 500 with utilities application (if there is).
• Commercial offer with indicating of the conditions for the transfer of the ownership.
• Sketch, concept, pre-project or project (if there is).
