We meet spring with joy, we see off the winter with pride!

Summing up the results of the winter construction season, we are proud of the result! All planned works have been completed in full - the beautiful residential complex PALERMO is finally gaining its visible shape. Agree, the winter of 2016 was difficult, the construction team experienced all possible weather conditions - snow and rain, frosts down to -23, gusty winds and ice, but we completed the planned work.

The specialists of the technical supervision department of the GREENWOOD company kept their finger on the pulse of meteorological forecasts and adjusted the work of the construction site in order not to violate state building codes and to carry out the work efficiently. It is worth recalling that there are standards that regulate the construction of residential buildings, and not all weather conditions make it possible to carry out work, which once again proves: fast does not mean high quality!

To date, floor slabs have been assembled and the brickwork of the basement of the first section has been completed. The second crane was installed to increase the productivity of the crew and optimize the work process. The plans for the spring-summer season have been approved, we are getting down to implementation!
